Lots and lots of content! Yay! In your tutorial section, don't put HTML codes in a textarea tag, but a code tag. Using a textarea tag is abusing its properties. I think the matrix effect, snow effect and rain effect are all javascript codes, not HTML ones. I can suggest tutorialtastic.co.uk for help with HTML as you have provided links to blossom.nu and lissaexplains.com

It is organised, but I think the "ask me" page and the "about me" page can be combined into one and the "comics" page can be put into the "visitor" section since your navigation has so many links.
