First Impressions

Well from the looks of your homepage, I would place you into about age 12 maybe 13.[After reading your about me, it shows you are 18]. Your site is very, young as I've just said. Lots of baby pink and hearts and bubbles. Definitely not my type of thing. So I would try and find something that is alittle more your age, and use a solid background not a patterned one like you have. Second, your page seems to go on for days [meaning the scrollbar, which looks way out of place being purple]. You should get cutenews so that you can have it so that only one or 2 blogs will show on the page at a time. Makes the page look better. So over all my suggestions for this page are. Branch out from the color pink, get a nice mature layout, whether it be a model one, a scribble one, a banner, just something that you can match a solid background with. Createblog.com has some great templates. And Swimchick.net has some great 'How To Layout' tutorials that you could use if you make your own graphics. Install cutenews and get a matching scrollbar. There are all kinds of tutorials that will help you if you don't know how to do any of this, or I can help you if you'd like, just ask. Also, I just checked your source code, and you don't have any h1, h2, h3 headers. They make your site look awesome, so I would think about using them. You can find the CSS code on Vibeke's site.

Layout

This layout is not one of the best I've seen. It's just got some what looks like, sponge brushes and a vector model. So I would try and learn more about layouts and you can make some great ones.

Pages

About Me: First can I say you have way way way to many pages on here. Both on this page, and on the Navigate box. I really can't review them all. If I were you I would just have your About me and thats it. You don't really need all of these subpages. They are just surveys that are way outdated and you would of seen on piczo 4 years ago. I would also suggest going around to popular sites and see how they have laid out their about mes, and use that as a sample.
For You: The first thing I noticed that you should fix is you should change Important reads to articles, and then add the one article to that list as well. Because thats what all of those are, articles are to inform, while reads are just for fun. Other than that, this page is laid out fine.
Tutorials: These are all pretty basic, and not to advanced. I also think they should go on the For You page. That way you can cut down on the Navigate box links, which make it look crowded. And sorry, these do not require advanced knowlegde of anything. How hard is it to hit a button saying 'Frames' and select the one you want and click ok. So that is very misleading. A monkey could follow these. And to be honest, who would want a rain effect, or a snow effect, those look horrible.
Comics: These should also go on the For You page. They don't take up even a quarter of a page, so yeah.
Camera: You spelt Camera wrong by the way. I do not understand this page at all. Link it on your About Me, it doesn't need it's own page on the Navigate.
Ask Me: Why do you have your navigation and affiliates on this page? I am so confused. This should go at the bottom of your Navigation list and open up in a pop up window, such as how Vicky did. Remove the layout and get rid of the background. Basically just have the ask and answer thing there.
Links and Domain: Again, alot of links. You don't need your Hostees or Affiliates on this page, you already have them on the homepage, you also don't need the Hosting page on here either. I would just have on this page your About Stepherz.org and then have a few links at the bottom of the information. I don't like coming to a page and then having to click again to see the informations

Your buttons are really good, and definitly original. Everything else is really good. But because of your homepage most people wouldn't stick around to find out. You should add some competitions or something, it's a great way to get some hits.

The name is fine, but using your name is really outdated.

Your homepage, your coding, your designing does not show any effort at all. You don't use headers, very uncreative. You really need to get some more knowledge.

Conslusion

Your site is really amature. Your graphics and articles are amazing. So it's a shame that your webdesigning isn't as adaquate. Just follow those suggestions, get out there and find some popular sites. Use some tutorials and your site will improve majorly.
