1. Be a Rue fan. Why else join?
2. A reasonable name is prefurred.
3. Name, email, and country are required.
4. If you wish to have your website listed, put up a code. Why would you not want to show your fandomness?
5. The only languages I can read are French and English, so if you're site's in other than that, put the url to the code in the comments box. thanks.
6. I'll also not link to any sites that I deem offensive.
