The next day comes quickly as the Titans are taking you down to the obstacle course to see what it is you can really do. Positioning yourself at the starting point, you take a deep breath. *Please don't let me screw this up.....*

Standing on the sidelines, Robin is watching for anything that could be going wrong on the field. Trayce at the starting point is looking a little nervous. Robin: "You ok?" he yells to her. Trayce: "Yeah...." Cyborg is over at the control panel. Cyborg: "Ready?" Trayce nods. "GO!!!" She takes off in a furious sprint.

The first of the obstacles are several metal towers that look unusually like guillotines. You charge at them, the familiar burn of Fire rising inside of you. One 'blade' comes down in front of you. You crouch, then leap as high as you can up to the top of the blade. It shoots back up again as you leap off and land before the next. The blade comes down in front of you again and stays there. The fire inside of you reaches your hands as you draw back a fist of Earth and punch, your fist going right through the metal. You step through the hole you made and keep running.

Watching from the control panel, Cyborg activates the drones.

Still running, in front of you appear what look like robotic people. One springs forward, a laser in hand. Thinking fast, you spin and land the hardest flying kick you can manage. Your foot goes cleanly through the drone as you sprint forward with the Light element coursing through your body, dramatically boosting you further forward. You keep running, the end of the course fast approaching. Launching several blades of Fire energy, you decimate the remaining 4 drones. The only thing in front of you are a series of.....rocks? No, it was way too ordinary to be on this kind of obstacle course. True to your thought, lasers come up out of the protruding stone and fire. Summoning the might of Air, wings you had known before unfurl from your back. Their bronze and scarlet feathers brilliant sheen reflects the sun as you take to the air. Winding and weaving through the stream of artillery, you launch bolt after bolt of Air energy. One by one, you hit the lasers, destroying them on impact.

You hit the last of the lasers. Just as you are passing by the decimated guns, a searing pain shoots up your left wing, the kind of pain one might feel if they were to be slashed by a sword. You drop to the ground with your wings fading away, running again but the pain from your wing scorching your shoulder where it had been. You finally pass the finish line. Cyborg's eyes pop when he sees the time you got. Cyborg: "Whoa....." You: "What?" Cyborg: "You just set the new record with 1:39."

Back in the Tower, you are standing in the infirmary with Raven, examining your wing. Raven: "A minor burn. It will heal." You: "I wonder how it even got there... but I don't even have to wait." Raven: "You have healing powers?" You: "Yep. Comes with the Earth element. But it's pretty hard to do since I can't really control my powers... I just... do it."

Outside, the other Titans are in the main room debating over who gets to pick the movie. BB: "Dude, you picked it last time!!!" Cyborg: "No way, man!!! We watched your stupid movie last time!!!!!" Terra: "Rock Paper Scissors." Cyborg: "WHAT?!?! No way, Terra, you always win at that!!! Using rock every time I might add....." Terra grunts irritably.

You walk into the main room where Terra, Beast Boy and Cyborg are bickering over what movie to watch. Robin and Starfire turn to you. Starfire: "FRIEND!!! You are ok!!!" She runs up to you and gives you a bone-crushing hug. You: "Uh, yeah. Um Star-I-can't-breathe..." Luckily Robin comes to your rescue. Robin: "Uh, Star, you can let go now...." She lets go and grins sheepishly. Robin: "Sooooo, what exactly happened?" You shrug. You: "Minor burn. I've had much worse." He gives you a strange look. You blush furiously. You: "I've said too much already...." Just when it seems that the others have agreed on a movie, an alarm rings throughout the Tower. "TITANS, TROUBLE!!!!"

Downtown at the scene of the crime, Cinderblock has broken out of jail and is rampaging through the city. You arrive on the scene to find destruction everywhere. Robin: "Titans, GO!!!" The Titans spring forward as you stay behind. Cinderblock swings a punch at Cyborg, sending him flying back with slamming force. You feel an urge to help, but you stay back. The battle rages on as the Titans continue to fight the stone monster, and they're losing very badly. Until it gets too far for you to handle.

Cinderblock lands a hard punch on Robin, sending him sprawling back. Picking up a massive piece of the road, Cinderblock raises it over his head and hurls the rock at Robin. "LOOK OUT!!!!" Robin closes his eyes and braces himself for impact. But for some reason, it doesn't come. He looks up to see Trayce standing over him, knees shaking from the immense weight of the rock in her hands.

Trayce: "Robin, get out of here!!!" Robin: "I'm not gonna leave you!" Trayce gives him a stern look. "GO!!!!" You shove him back with your foot as Cinderblock charges forward and slams a fist into your face. The boulder you had been holding up crashes onto the street as you fall back, slamming into a building. Before you can breathe, Cinderblock is beating you up with giant fists of stone. One last punch sends you up several stories and crashing all the way through the building.

Turning back to the Titans, Cinderblock brings back a fist to punch, but up above him comes a red flash. Suddenly out of the sky, a scarlet streak comes skyrocketing down, slamming into Cinderblock with a crushing force. The red light clears and the Titans can see a brutally injured Trayce, but she's still fighting. She leaps forward, throwing her gloved hands out with a spiral of Fire. Cinderblock takes a heavy blow, but still throws one more punch.

That last punch just snaps your last nerve. You leap forward and throw a Fireball with all your strength, screaming a blood-curdling "HHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" The force of the blow consumes Cinderblock, raising up dust and dirt everywhere. When it clears, Cinderblock is on the ground in a crater 10 feet deep. And you’re standing there, bruised, cut, and bleeding freely from a nasty-looking wound on your shoulder. Robin: "You saved my life...." You smile weakly. You: "No problem....." You say just before you collapse.
