Stepherz.org was purchased on January 9th 2003 through Dreamhost, which I heard about through Jenny of the old jennyspage.net. Their rates are a little more pricey than some, but their customer service is very proffessional and their features are amazing. They also happen to be green, which means they purchase renewable energy!

History

I started webdesigning in 2002, if you could call it that. I started out with a page on Angelfire.com dedicated to my love of anime; which eventually turned into a personal site full of iFrames, scrolling marquees, and stolen images. Basically, it was the perfect 'trendy' site. I decided to get off my lazy ass in April 2008 to validate my website; and all was right in the world.

Name

stepherz: The alias a weirdo uses on the web. It lets people identify the awesome things she has created, and lets her avoid the annoying nicknames with numbers that tend to look tacky. Though 69 makes it automatically awesome.

org: Short for organization, organ, or orgasm. Stepherz.organ is my personal favorite.

Hosting

Hosting is currently invitation only. Yeah, sorry to all my fanboys who dreamt of being hosted at Stepherz.org. If it's that important to you, (because I'm totally freakin' awesome like that) you can try commenting on my blog.
